University Park at Jackson State University

This investment developed 78 workforce housing rental units for JSU faculty and recent graduates in a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. The project consists of 25,000 sq. ft. of new retail and office space at the corner of Dalton Street and Lynch Street directly across from the University’s new Campus Union Building.

University Park is an integral component of the University’s $200 million redevelopment of the deteriorated communities surrounding the HBCU.
