HRV assisted RTG Medical, a veteran-owned healthcare staffing agency supporting medical facilities nationwide, in the development of a 54,000-square-foot office building that will serve as its new headquarters in rural Fremont, Nebraska.

HRV joined a variety of funding partners including JPMorgan Chase, CIT Bank, Evernorth Rural Ventures, the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, the White Lotus Group and the City of Fremont to combine for a total project investment of $18.6 million.  RTG Medical’s new headquarters will anchor Gallery 23 East, a mixed-use development that will substantially diversify Fremont’s housing stock and office inventory.

RTG Medical will add 63 local full-time positions to its present full-time staff of 82 in Fremont.  The project will also allow the expansion of off-site RTG positions by 1,424 from the current total of 566.  RTG Medical utilizes traveling heath care professionals under extendable 13-week contracts in areas facing nursing shortages or acute health care needs.  Founded in 2000, the services provided by RTG Medical are especially critical during the COVID-19 pandemic, where the needs for intensive health care are fluctuating dramatically throughout the Country, requiring the ability to adjust capacity quickly and nimbly.
