Founded in 2003, Hampton Roads Ventures (HRV) is committed to fostering economic growth and equitable opportunities in severely distressed areas. Through the strategic use of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) funding, we attract private investment to projects that deliver quality jobs, expand access to nutritious food, and enhance healthcare and wellness services.
