Historically Black Colleges & Universities Community Development Action Coalition (HBCU CDAC) and Hampton Roads Ventures recently joined forces to discuss and present the opportunities and challenges of comprehensive campus community revitalization. Discussions focused on three significant areas: initiating community revitalization, community development finance, and the particular challenges facing HBCU campuses. The Conference also offered unique opportunities for attendees to meet, network and learn the information they will need to develop successful projects.
