Development of nine-story medical office building by a minority developer. The project, which will support a large portion of the Medicare/Medicaid population in Hampton Roads, will include Sentara Medical Group and Dr. Keith Newby’s Cardiology & Arrhythmia Consultants along with several smaller medical practices.
The $66 million, 195,890 sq. ft. building will also include a restaurant and first floor retail space and a 904-space parking deck. The Class A, state-of-the-art medical building is on schedule for completion in April 2010.
